General Policies

• The Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa is a 100% non-smoking facility.
• Check in: 4pm / Check out: Noon
• Resort Fee: $25 per night, per room. Resort Fee includes valet parking for one vehicle, high-speed in-room wireless Internet access and the use of the spa facilities including the fitness center, whirlpool tubs, sundeck, and sauna.
• Hotel room tax: 10 percent
• $1.00 nightly city tourism assessment fee.
• Guarantee and deposit: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card which will be charged a deposit equivalent to one night room and tax at the time of reservation. This deposit is fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.
• Cancellation policy: 48-hour cancellation notice required. 7-day cancellation notice required for special events. Policy may vary for special events.
• Rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change without notice.
• Pets: We do not allow pets in our facilities except service animals.
• Crib: Available at no extra charge. Limit one crib per guestroom.
• Roll away: Available at $20 per night. Limit one rollaway per room. Available in designated rooms only.
